In this image made from a March 2005 video released Monday, Nov. 16, 2009 by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, a prison guard points to the the spot where a non-lethal grenade landed after it was thrown into an inmate's cell at the Wisconsin Secure Program Facility in Boscobel, Wis. The AP requested the video after the state paid $49,000 to settle a lawsuit brought by the inmate, Raynard Jackson.
