<div id="subtitle">Quest Diagnostics prices tender offer to buy back mix of senior notes</div><div><p>Medical lab operator Quest Diagnostics Inc. said Tuesday it priced its tender offer to buy back a mix of senior notes.</p><p>The company will pay $1,037.19 for each $1,000 principal amount of its 5.125 percent senior notes due. It will also pay $1,099.40 for each $1,000 principal amount of its 7.5 percent senior notes due 2011.</p><p>The tender offer will expire Nov. 19.</p><p>Shares of Quest Diagnostics rose 40 cents to $59.47 in after-hours trading after falling 35 cents to close at $59.07 during the regular trading session.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=63627748&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
