<div id="subtitle">Marsh & McLennan names H. Edward Hanway to board of directors</div><div><p>Insurance broker and consulting firm Marsh & McLennan Cos. said Wednesday it has named H. Edward Hanway to its board of directors effective immediately.</p><p>Hanway, 57, served as chairman and CEO of Cigna Corp. from 2000 to the end of 2009.</p><p>The company said its board now has 12 members, including 11 independent directors. David A.
