Illinois man charged in Ariz. bombing ordered held

<div id="subtitle">Alleged white supremacist charged in 2004 Scottsdale bombing ordered held</div><div><p>A federal judge has ruled that an alleged white supremacist charged in a 2004 bombing that injured a black city official in Scottsdale must remain in federal custody.</p><p>The ruling from U.S. District Judge David Campbell reverses an Illinois federal magistrate's July order to release 58-year-old Daniel Mahon on a $50,000 cash bond.</p><p>Campbell ruled that "no conditions of release would reasonably ensure the safety of the community" and that Mahon is a flight risk.</p><p>Daniel Mahon's twin brother, Dennis Mahon, is also charged and is being held without bond.</p><p>The Mahons were arrested in the bombing June 25 at their home in Davis Junction, Ill., where authorities say they found assault weapons, hundreds of rounds of ammunition and white supremacist material.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=56555054&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
