<div id="subtitle">Dollar General recalls 2 toy gun sets; orange tips on gun barrels pose choking hazard</div><div><p>Dollar General Corp. is recalling two toy gun sets because parts designed to distinguish the toys from real guns can detach and pose a choking hazard.</p><p>The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Dollar General announced the voluntary recall on Wednesday.</p><p>The toys are sold as Special Forces Weapons and Accessories Set and SWAT Police Play Equipment Set. Each includes two toy guns plus related accessories. The number 48JQH09 is printed on the right side of the larger gun included in the recalled sets, which were sold at Dollar General stores in 35 states from September through October 2009.</p><p>The orange tips at the end of the gun barrels are meant to set the toys apart from real guns. The Consumer Product Safety Commission said the tips can be easily removed. No choking incidents or injuries have been reported.</p><p>The commission said people should take the guns away from children and return them to any Dollar General for a refund or replacement.
