<div id="subtitle">Dolan Media names Gary H. Stern to board of directors</div><div><p>Dolan Media Co., a provider of legal and professional publications and services, said Tuesday it named Gary H. Stern to its board of directors, effective Jan. 15.</p><p>Stern, 65, served as the president and chief executive of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis from 1985 until his retirement in 2009, the company said.</p><p>Shares of Dolan fell 31 cents, or 2.7 percent, to $10.86 in afternoon trading Wednesday.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=67366775&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
