Boston Scientific, Gannett, AMR big movers

<div id="subtitle">Boston Scientific, Gannett, AMR, Exxon Mobil are among market movers Monday</div><div><p>The following stocks were among those that moved substantially or traded heavily Monday on the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Stock Market:</p><p>NYSE:</p><p>Boston Scientific Corp., down 21 cents at $8.42</p><p>Boston Scientific said it will pay rival Johnson and Johnson $1.73 billion to settle several patent disputes over drug-coated stents.</p><p>Gannett Co., down $1.13 at $15.02</p><p>The newspaper publisher turned a profit in the fourth quarter, helped by a drop in one-time costs and a smaller decline in ad sales.</p><p>Flowserve Corp., up $4.16 at $94.33</p><p>A BMO Capital Markets analyst raised his rating and price target on the pump maker and fluid-handling company's stock.</p><p>Valassis Communications Inc., up $3.65 at $24.58</p><p>The direct mail provider said rival News America Marketing would pay it $500 million to settle antitrust charges.</p><p>Exxon Mobil Corp., up $1.75 at $66.18</p><p>Exxon Mobil's earnings were cut by more than half as company refineries struggled with a plunge in fuel consumption around the world.</p><p>Humana Inc., up 9 cents at $48.71</p><p>The health insurer posted a 44 percent jump in profit as its robust Medicare Advantage business drove higher government income.</p><p>AMR Corp., up 50 cents at $7.42</p><p>Federal regulators are proposing a $2.5 million penalty against AMR's American Eagle for giving pilots inaccurate takeoff weights.</p><p>NASDAQ:</p><p>Baidu Inc., up $13.97 at $425.68</p><p>An analyst said advertisers will spend more on the Chinese Web search provider following Google Inc.'s threat to pull out of China.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=68271860&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
