2 former NH Circuit City properties sold

<div id="subtitle">Former NH Circuit City properties sold in Manchester and Portsmouth</div><div><p>Two former Circuit City stores in southern New Hampshire have new owners.</p><p>The New England branch of the commercial real estate broker CB Richard Ellis says each location was sold for $3.5 million.</p><p>The 33,100-square foot Manchester location was purchased by Quirk Automotive Group while the 34,900-square foot Portsmouth asset was purchased by Ocean State Job Lot of Portsmouth.</p><p>Last fall Circuit City filed for bankruptcy protection. In March, it closed 567 stores across the country and laid off about 34,000 workers.</p><p>Roger Dieker of CB Richard Ellis says both New Hampshire locations are situated in their respective city's most active retail corridor.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=63133879&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
